I’ve been using this almost daily for about a year now to help me sleep. Takes about 90-120 minutes to kick in, feel a bit drowsy for 20 minutes, then I’m dead asleep for at least 5 hours. For sure helps with chronic pain from an 18 year old hip injury, back pain, fibro, pmdd, and endo – though, I’m sure everyone’s pain is different so don’t expect a miracle cure, you know? Taking two of them keeps me awake, weirdly enough, but so drowsy that I can’t get anything done lol. The flavor is alright. Nothing that’s like “omg incredible!” but not bad either. I had one bag that tasted very mildly oily, but that’s my fault for ordering it without the ice pack during a heat wave. Anyway, overall really like these and plan on using them for as long as they make them.

Perfect for mellowing out a bit and getting ready for bed. Nothing too heavy; Pharma Cherry Crush is my go-to for that. 3Chi has been very consistent, easy-going, and perfect for me. I’m 5’11” and 106 lbs, but I guess kind of a delta lightweight. These are great though, and no guesswork, i.e., how much of a corner or nibble do I dare if I want to stay awake for a bit, cook dinner, etc.

This are my go to for sleep and back and neck pain. Sometimes 1/2 does it, other times I take a full one. It’s a comfortable feeling, can still get things done in the house. Their name is very fitting. Worth every penny

I really enjoy the mellow feeling that I get when I take these.. I bought them specifically for sleeping purposes, and was looking for an alternative to smoking marijuana before bed every night (trying to be kind to my lungs). I had tried CBD gummies with melatonin in the past, and those did not help me sleep, they actually had a reverse effect, but the delta 8 gummies gave me the mellow vibe that I get from smoking, with out the harshness on my airway. I will definitely be buying more of these!

these are horrible. they gave me very uncomfortable physical sensations that kept me awake all night, the opposite of promoting sleep. the refund policy is crap, basically non-existent. i even tried cutting them in halves and quarters but still got the same uncomfortable body sensations.
