Join us to support and raise awareness for local nonprofit, The Heartbright Foundation.  They offer a free clinic for the underserved and uninsured with doctors on site.  They focus on changing lives through education for the community in healthy lifestyles, providing lifesaving medications and motivating patients to take control of their health.

Come out and support your neighbors.  There will be local vendors and a raffle.
