These are great for relaxing at the end of a long day. Pleasant flavor, no hemp aftertaste like some gummies have. Super mellow as long as you use the correct amount. These are definitely on the strong side, so I recommend starting with half a ring (this still gives you a noticeable effect). Overall would recommend for sure.
