Single dose (1 ml) usage is a very comfortable and relaxing feeling almost to the point that it is not noticed. The onset effects take an average of 2 1/2 hrs before they are recognized. Consumption of a 2 ml dose (comparable to consumption of leaf product via smoking) the effects will last on average 5 hours. If taken before sleep, users should be prepared to feel sustained effects upon waking from a normal 8 hrs of sleep. This product has worked consistently utilizing a 2 ml dose over a period of 8 days. I am a 170 lb. man and have tested & documented the effects of this product. I have been using the product daily and a differnt times of the day and night. I personally do not recommend using a 2 ml dose in conjunction with the performance of technical work (job depending) or operating machinery UNTIL the user is comfortable and aware of the effects this product will have on their own body. Overall I am completely satisfied with this product. In order to duplicate the desired effects users need to shake the bottle very well before use. This is a quality product, customers can purchase with confidence.

I take this tincture prior to going to bed to help relax me so I can fall
asleep. It has a slight grassy taste which is not unpleasant or strong. I also use the gummies.

I take this before bedtime. It helps relax me and seems to mitigate the pain I feel in my leg when I lie down (from lower back nerves). I sleep well! I love this tincture. Takes about two hours to kick in, but then it’s a sweet and happy slide into relaxation. I feel like it encourages me to notice which of my muscles are tense, so that I can focus on relaxing them. The only tiny downside is that it makes me feel dumb as hell, but I only take it after work and never before driving anywhere, so I can live with that!
